The Association's Arrow Exterminators contract include FREE quarterly interior pest control treatments upon homeowner's request on schedule service dates only (listed below). You must schedule treatment 48 hours prior to serivce date. If you need to schedule for a different day, a $25 trip charge applies. Contact Arrow Exterminators: 770-438-1880

Thanks to those that attended the Annual Homeowner's Meeting on September 22 or that sent in your proxies. Updates on and the Smyrna Community were presented. The 2015-16 Budget was reviewed and no increase in Association fees was proposed. The membership voted for Board members and the results are as follows:

The retaining wall replacement project is progressing! Work has been completed on buildings 16, 17, 18, 19. Here's is the anticipated construction schedule through mid-August. Dates and schedule may be revised according to progress made during the project.

Work is underway on our retaining wall replacement project. Work has been completed at Building 18 and we are getting a lot of great feedback about the new look. The project is expected to take about 8 weeks to complete the walls in the entire community. Here's a sneak at what the new walls look like:

Water Leak / Shut-Off Notice / Building 19
There is a water leak at building 19th and repairs have been scheduled for Monday, Feb 4th. Water will need to be shut off to the 19 building to complete repairs and depending on the severity of the issue may need to be turned off for the whole complex. We apologize for any inconvenience

PLUMBING REPAIR ALERT - An emergency plumbing repair was required at the 1400 building which required that water for the entire property was shut off. Work is in progress to repair the issue and restore water service ASAP. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

Our first Community Landscaping project was a success! We hope you are enjoying the new look of the main island where the recycling station is located as well as improvements made in some of the surrounding areas. A very special thanks to the homeowners who volunteered to help with the project. Volunteers included Bonnie Beuth (landscaping committee coordinator), Casey and Karen McClendon, Vicki Clark, Judy Starkweather, Laura Valente. Even Isla McClendon helped us dig some holes. A special thank to Jul Perez from Sharper Image who stopped by to check on us and jumped in and helped.

Update 4.26.12 - The Association has added a new homeowner amenity available to homeowners and residents with bicycles. We have a limited number of bicycle storage racks in a secured storage area at the pool available for homeowner rental. Racks will be ais $80 per year.
