About Us

Countryside at Cumberland was constructed in 1984 and includes 212 private condos featuring large private decks in five different floor plans. 

Community association fees cover the costs for landscaping, water service, trash recycling service, common area maintenance, community insurance, pool and tennis court maintenance among others.

The business affairs of the community are directed by a 5 member board. Board members are volunteers who help set goals and policies as well as provide guidance for the management of the community.
